Teaching students CPR before they graduate would put thousands of qualified lifesavers on our streets every year and progress toward that nationwide goal is being achieved. Within the last month, two states have passed legislation that will require all high school students to learn the life-saving skill.Tennessee and Minnesota’s victories help pave the way for other state legislatures that are considering similar bills.
