All CPR courses follow the latest 2025 AHA Guidelines, including updated compression rates of 100–120 per minute, compression depth of 2–2.4 inches, and the newest techniques for infant and child CPR. Upon successful completion, you'll receive a 2-year AHA eCard certification — accepted by every employer, school, and licensing board in the country.

We offer both open enrollment classes that individuals can join and customized on-site group training for businesses and organizations. Classes run throughout the week with morning and afternoon options to accommodate every schedule.
