By accessing or using the CPR-Professionals LLC website (cpr-professionals.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CPR-Professionals LLC.

2. Services

CPR-Professionals LLC is an American Heart Association (AHA) Authorized Training Center providing CPR, AED, BLS, and First Aid certification courses. Our services include:

• Instructor-led certification courses at our Boulder location.
• On-site group training at client locations.
• Blended learning courses (online + in-person skills sessions).
• Sale of CPR training materials, supplies, and eLearning keycodes.
• Issuance of AHA eCard certifications valid for 2 years.

All courses follow the current AHA Guidelines (2025 edition). Course content, availability, pricing, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of our website require you to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly update your information if it changes.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Payments for classes and products are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable amount.

• Class fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
• Product orders are charged at the time of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change. The price at the time of your purchase will be honored.

6. Course Attendance & Certification

• Students must attend the full duration of a course to be eligible for certification.
• Students must demonstrate competency in skills assessments as required by AHA standards.
• AHA eCards are issued electronically upon successful course completion. Printed cards are no longer available.
• Certifications are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, course materials, and design, is the property of CPR-Professionals LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, CPR-Professionals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

CPR training is an educational service. Successful completion of a CPR course does not guarantee a positive outcome in an emergency situation. We are not liable for actions taken by students outside of our training environment.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPR-Professionals LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
